About Us

Autonomous Business Holdings, LLC (ABH) is a pure holding company organized to hold a controlling interest in companies that service autonomous businesses or provide autonomous functions enabling participating businesses, professionals, and individuals to self-direct their activities.

As a pure holding company, ABH exists as a medium for ownership of other companies. ABH does not operate or participate in the day-to-day operations of the companies it controls or any other companies. ABH does not manufacture goods or provide services in any open marketplace. ABH acts solely on behalf of its members and the governance of the companies with which it holds an interest.

ABH shall be governed by a board of managers (Board) approved and adopted in accordance with its Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement established by the founders and organizers of ABH. ABH shall be operated in accordance with the ABH Operating Agreement and ABH Manager Agreement.
